MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Membership in the Chapter is open to all PCAB licensed contractors categories Trade to B (categories A to AAA requires approval from the PCA National body) as well as suppliers and construction industry service providers conducting business within the National Capital Region (with the exception of the city of Marikina). There are two categories of membership that may be applied for namely Regular Membership for PCAB licensed contractors and Associate Membership for construction industry suppliers and service providers.

Requirements for Membership Application
Duly completed Application Form and Membership Declaration accompanied by the Admission/Entrance Fee and Annual & Meals Dues (pro rata to joining date)
The application form shall be accompanied by the following documents:
Regular Member
Associate Member
PCAB license verified through PCAB listing Articles of Incorporation / DTI Registration
Business License/Permit / Proof of NCR business address Business License/Permit / Proof of NCR business address
Latest GIS (if applicable) Latest GIS (if applicable)
Company profile (including track record) Company profile (including track record)
2011 Admission Fee and Annual Dues & Meals Dues:
Admission/Entrance Fee: Php3,000
Annual & Meals Dues: Php5,500
TOTAL Php8,500
Pro rata apportionment of Annual & Meals Dues according to joining date:
January - March 8,500
April - June 7,125
July - September 5,650
October - December 4,375
As far as possible applicants must endeavor to provide the above documents in electronic format when applying for membership.

All Membership Applicants must be acquainted with the Chapter's Vision/Mission, By-Laws, Rules & Regulations as well as Code of Conduct. This is all contained in the Chapter's Membership Handbook which can be downloaded by clicking on the link in the right hand margin.
