The Membership Handbook is a compilation of of the Certificate of Incorporation, Articles, By-Laws and Rules & Regulations of PCA Metropolitan Chapter, Inc. as well as a brief history of the Chapter, its Vision/Mission and the words of the Metro Song. The Rules & Regulations also include the Code of Conduct as well as forms to be used. All members are required to be fully acquainted with its content.
