PCA Metro has set up three forums:- one: A Public Forum for Contractors and the General Public alike; two: A PCAB License Forum specifically focused on PCAB licensing and three: a Construction Safety Forum focused on Construction Safety and Heath issues. In the PCAB Forum contractors can speak their minds regarding PCAB licensing and its processes, make suggestions how to improve licensing and licensing procedures and ask each other’s advice. PCA Metro is moderating and will, if need be, request PCAB to provide its inputs. All constructive suggestions and criticisms will be forwarded to PCAB. This is the forum where your suggestions count and where you can make a difference.

PCA Metro has set up two Public Assistance Help Desks:- One: PCA Metro, as Accredited PCAB Public Assistance Help Desk, has launched and set up a web based PCAB License Public Assistance Help Desk with “Knowledgebase” and “Support Ticket” System and Two: A Construction Safety Public Assistance Help Desk with searchable “Knowledgebase”. Most commonly asked questions are dealt with in the “Knowledgebase” so feel free to enter your questions in the search panel or consult the “Knowledgebase” directly. Any questions not dealt with there can be put by opening a ticket. as far as possble all questions will be attended to within 24 hours.
