Membership in PCA Metropolitan Chapter should be treated as an honor and privilege and although our rules are strict, we are always reasonable and ready to listen. We have taken up the battle for the medium and small contractor and are unrelentless in our pursuit of a fair and equitable construction industry where the playing field is level and where it is the licensed contractor that gains all benefits and not the other way around as currently so often happening.

We simply stop at nothing and have taken our advocacy in this regard to the halls of Malacañang as well as government stakeholders in the construction industry. We are working towards PCAB licensing of all contractors, subcontractors and specialty contractors within our area of jurisdiction and appreciate the fact that any success there will reverberate nationwide.

We are also working towards the involvement of our members in the projects of local government units within our area of jurisdiction, Public-Private Sector Partnerships (PPP), joint ventures between members in respect of projects brought to the Chapter, etc. In addition, we try and keep our members abreast in respect of developments within the industry as well as technology.
